Killer Sporty

Beer, from the Rogues MC, sent us these photos of a bike he's building in Holland. Bitchin tank mounts, and super skinny for getting into all kinds of spaces between cars and tight back roads!

Turbo Benefit, Chicago

The boys in Chicago are doing a benefit for Turbo who went down on his bike. If you're in the area, ride up and show your support. If you're stuck in the rain, 3000 miles away like us, you can send him money, or donations.

Fuck the Factory

It's the beginning of the holidays once again, and already there is a mad scramble to wrestle your hard earned cash out of your pocket. It seems that "black Friday" started a couple of weeks ago. What the fuck!?
This is just a friendly reminder: don't get duped into buying that cheap junk being forced down your throat. Buy American and shop local. If this concept is lost to you, then you deserve to have your job shipped overseas.
It's worth the extra money, superman isn't coming, it's up to you.

Full House

The sun has been out, but that's going to change tonight. The tire I've had on since my third trip through Luxembourg finally had enough cords showing through that I decided its time to ditch it for some better rubber.
The rest of the bikes are either waiting for parts or for a break in work from the weather so their owners can wrench on them!

Happy Veterans Day!

Saturday morning we went to a local Marine Corps birthday breakfast. Everyone is welcome, but there is always a really good gathering of local Marines from WWII, Korea, Vietnam, Desert Storm and Iraq. Its always great hearing everyone introduce themselves. One of the WWII Marines was naming off his battles that he was in, and got a pretty big laugh when he finally remembered one of them, "oh yeah, Iwo Jima!" This particular Marine was in WWII, Korea, and in his words, "they finally kicked me out after Vietnam!"

Semper Fi Marines, and a big thanks to everyone else who once served and is still serving!

Getting ready for our annual get together. 36 pounds of pork, and who knows how much alcohol!

We are all in the gutter, but some of us are looking at the stars.

-Oscar Wilde
I hope everyone went out and voted today. Everyone is focused on the presidential race, but there are plenty of local and state policies that can affect you more. Don't complain if you just sat back and did nothing. This applies to life as well!
See you on the road!

Digger Darren

Brian and I stopped by Darren's shop in Oakland the other day for some drinks and stories. Thanks for the good times, we'll see you again soon!
