Sign It!

Got this petition forwarded to us this morning. In the hour since I first saw it, there has been more than 1,000 signatures. As you can see, it needs quite a bit more, but nothing is impossible. Takes only a couple seconds to do, and then confirm your signature through a link in your email. Done
Click HERE for the link. Spread the word!

'67 Progress

Waiting on parts to come in, but was able to get a little more done in the meantime. I bought an old flat bottom GME tank on eBay the other day, and was able to get it mounted before I took it up to Estes to look at some paint ideas.

Mock up. Looks fine to me!

Pilot holes...

3/8" holes...

Done

Was also able to do a threaded plate for my right side/kicker side, foot peg. Drilled...

Tapped, and done.

Updates

From Jeremiah at Love Cycles: Robert is showing signs of lots of progress. His long term memory is coming back and his short term memory is also making lots of improvement. And the latest word is he should be back home by Christmas.
The last we heard about Nick is that he has finally been moved out of ICU, and into a normal room. They did another MRI and discovered that he has a fractured neck, but thankfully no nerve damage. Still waiting to hear about another surgery in regards to the fracture.
Theres a long road ahead for both of these guys, and if you haven't already, go check there donation sites for updated info, and a chance to donate: Robert & Nick

David Mann 2014

The plan was to head down to this on friday, but mother nature has a different plan for those of us living in northern California. Forecast: rain, wind gusts up to 70mph, and low snow levels in the mountains. Damn! Next year might be better...

A Little Bit of Progress

And a whole lot of pain in the ass!

What should've been an easy 15 minute job, turned into a couple hour adventure. Trips to the hardware store included!

Crossover tube on my Paughco frame wasn't meant to be used!

Finally in and greased up. Also got the cross over tube installed...

Hey Robert, it's raining now!
